Growing Our Own
One of the latest innovations introduced by Sarah and Uwe is the introduction of the kitchen garden during 2018, to grow fresh organic herbs, vegetables and salads for our kitchen and improve the aspect of the garden. So far, these 6 raised beds have provided us with salads, mint, thyme, rosemary, beetroot, broccoli, carrots, kohlrabi and much more. Next summer we will surprise you further with an even bigger garden, as we have prepared 36 more beds to grow even more salads, vegetables and herbs to enrich our menus as well as enhance and fragrance our garden. We look forward to welcoming you to one of the most beautiful gardens of the Upper Engadin.
